Today, some of our year 5 and 6 children were invited to the Civic Centre to take part in activities and discussions around climate change and how we could make a difference in our community.

The children got the opportunity to speak to the local Councillors and asked some really interesting questions. They took part in an activity where they were given a budget to develop the town centre keeping climate change as a focus and even got the chance to take part in a vote (fictional characters).

Well done Year 5 and 6, as always you represented us beautifully with your behaviour, manners and amazing questions!
